coachhouse.so privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026

Overview

coachhouse.so is the website of COACH HOUSE KY LLC, a venture studio at 1235 E Oak St, Suite B, Louisville, KY 40204. The site has no accounts and runs no ads. It uses your information in two places: the contact form, which emails us what you write, and cookieless analytics, which count what people look at and search for.

The contact form

When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address, and your message. If you reached the form from a venture or session page, we also receive which one, so the subject line can say what you want to talk about.

The site doesn't store any of it. The message goes through Resend to our hello@coachhouse.so inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. We use your email address to reply to you and for nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone.

We keep messages in the inbox as the record of our conversation until you ask us to delete yours.

To slow down spam, the form checks your IP address against a short-lived counter in server memory. The counter is never written to disk and clears whenever the server restarts.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies. Vercel identifies a visit by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we can't follow you from one day to the next or across other sites.

Vercel records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your country, and your browser, operating system and device type. On top of that, we record a few events:

  • What you type into the search bar, and how many results it found. This is the raw text, so if you type an email address or phone number into the bar, that gets recorded too.
  • Which result you opened, and which links and words you clicked to search again
  • Clicks on a venture's Visit link, the menu, and Surprise me
  • That a contact form was sent, and from which page. The message itself is not included.
  • Password attempts on locked pages, as the page and whether it worked. The password itself is not recorded.

We use this to see what people look for and whether they find it.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only if you enter a password to open a locked page. It remembers that you unlocked that page for 7 days. It holds no information about you and is never used for tracking.

Embedded content

A few pages embed content from other services: a Google Map on the office page, a Spotify playlist, and live demos of our ventures' own apps. When you load one of those pages, your browser connects to that service, which may set its own cookies under its own policy: Google or Spotify. The venture apps are ours, and each one's policy lives with it.

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers handle your IP address and browser details to deliver the page, and keep short-lived logs for security and debugging.

What we don't do

  • No accounts or sign-ups
  • No advertising, ad networks, or cross-site tracking
  • No selling or sharing of your information
  • No marketing email unless you ask us for it

Children's privacy

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us a message, email us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means your contact form messages. Analytics data isn't tied to you, so there is nothing in it we can find by your name. Email hello@coachhouse.so and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new effective date.
